Yes. Wizkidz Academy will provide assistance in identifying a location which will be suitable, safe and ideal for opening a branch.

Yes, Wizkidz Academy will provide all necessary assistance and guidance for initial set-up of infrastructure. We have both In-house and external service providers who cater to all the requirements at the set-up stage.

Every franchisee will be provided with the manual which will make you understand the standard designs and uniformity mandated for all our branches. The interiors of your Pre-School will have to be designed as per the guidelines given in the manual.

We also provide you with in-school Curriculum, Equipment, Welcome kit, teaching plans and many other essentials at the time of starting your Pre-School.

We understand you are new to the business of Pre-School. We will be providing assistance with the help of “formal induction and training” to understand the finer aspects and challenges involved in operating a Pre-School.

We provide ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ manual for better clarity, control and smooth execution of day to day operations. This would largely cover and address the Operational aspects such as enquiry handling, fee management, academic processes, and safety guidelines, accounting procedures, transportation activities, purchase requirements, staff training and others. In addition, our operations support team is a phone call away to help you in your Pre-School operational needs.

Post selection of location, signing of the agreement & documentation, it may take up to 30 days to get your business operational.

The number of staff and Pre-School personnel depend upon the number of students at your centre. We require you to maintain Teacher: Child ratio of 1:12 along with 2 maids, 1 Centre head and 1 security personnel (as applicable).

It is important that your money, effort, time, and energy are well rewarded. While you will be well trained with various tools to keep a proper control and governance for smooth running of the business, we shall also be visiting periodically and assist you in audit and identify the strengths and gap areas. We will work in a collaborative manner for optimum results of your pre-school.

Not essential. The school will run by a team having academic background with a sound experience of running preschools/formal schools. You must have a strong belief in quality education and commitment.  Dealing with children requires lot of soft skills and business acumen which is a major plus point.

This is possible subject to the audit team review of the existing school/infrastructure/human resource/locality and size of the premise.

Fee is fixed based on a study of the market/competition/infrastructure and innovation. Operation team will suggest the fees with mutual consent. We provide critical decision-making inputs for long-term sustainability.
