Wizkidz Academy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This applies only where school services involve paid admissions, fees, or events.

  1. Admission Fee
  • Admission/registration fee is non-refundable.
  1. Tuition Fees
  • Once paid, tuition fees are non-refundable..
  • No refunds for absence, withdrawal or discontinued attendance.
  1. Event / Activity Fees

Refund may be considered only if:

  • Event is cancelled by the school.
  • Student is unable to attend due to medical reasons (with proof).
  1. Cancellation

Parents wishing to discontinue must submit a written request. Future instalment payments may be stopped but already paid fees will not be refunded.

  1. Processing Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 14–21 working days.

  1. Final Decision

School management decision will be considered final in all refund matters.
